Great roast beef sandwiches! Moving to California I unfortunately discovered no equivalent. Arby's, with its processed, pressed beef, is a sad substitute. I definitely appreciate how Lion's Choice beef melts in your mouth when soaked with au jus. Their fries are crispy and extra flavorful when dipped in the BBQ sauce. Their menu selection have grown over the years to include more than beef sandwiches. You can special order; with or without seasoning or have my preference of rare meat. Children are popular visitors since many desserts are offered including twenty-nice cent chocolate dipped ice cream cones. (even less without the chocolate). The interior is spacious, clean, and comes with two soda machine dispensers.

Love Lions Choice! Not only for their roast beef sandwiches and fries but their hot dogs are so good! Occasionally we will get the ice cream cone too, the small one just perfect if you want something sweet. The people working at this location are top notch in customer service !

This location seems to always be busy. It's also quick, fresh, and clean. The employees all seem happy to be there and know what they're doing. The parking lot is a bit weird to navigate. I just wish it wasn't so freakin' expensive! My son and I each had a large combo (large roast beef, large fries, large drink) and it cost just over $20, for lunch. I could go to many other places for that kind of change, but it really is good roast beef!

Headed here with my family after spending the morning at the Magic House. Since we were planning to have a big dinner, we just wanted a quick bite. I just had a turkey sandwich, my husband had ham and my son had grilled cheese. Needless to say, everyone was happy! I loved the number of options attached to the kids meal, including the tiny custard cone (a nice surprise for our son!) I wish we lived here so we could go back more often and try their signature sandwiches and fries. We'll definitely be making a trip back here the next time we're in town!!

Sit down or drive thru still hot and fresh. Extra seasoning and well done is the only way to go at Lions Choice. Of course, you have to decide between the Swiss or cheddar cheese...if you go Swiss, then you have to order the au jus...but with the cheddar, you gotta go au natural...

I love lions choice especially their baked potatoes but EVERY TIME I come here they forget my French fries!!! I even pulled to the side tonight to make sure I had everything and they had bagged everything separately within one bag (which is great because they keep the colds with the colds/ hots with the hots) and it appeared there were enough bags, well of course 5 minutes down the road when I'm stopped at a red light I go sifting through the bags to find my red light snack (my boyfriends French fries) and they're not there! I called and they said I could have free fries next time I came so good on their customer service bad on the empty stomach at the red light........make sure you check your bag because this happens every time there

As far as fast food goes, LC is tops. They have amazing horseradish sauce (with actual horseradish) & outrageous fries - thin & crispy (tip: dip them IN the horseradish sauce). The roast beef is thin & seasoned and actually tastes like roast beef (unlike that stuff that rubbery stuff that Arby's tries to pass off). I really like this location in particular. I took my little one here for a rare fast food lunch one day, after a failed attempt to go to Steak N Shake and the workers were SO nice. It's a pretty new building, very clean & everything is well stocked. It was nice to go inside, because I've found that most Lion's Choice drive through are pretty stingy with the horseradish. Lion's Choice also has a great kid's meal selection, with healthier options for less than $4. I really love that it's a St. Louis chain too. I never feel bad about giving LC my money.

Oh Lion's Choice, how I've missed thee! A few years ago, I moved away from St. Louis. Now that I'm moving back, I have realized that LC is one of the foods I missed the most while I lived elsewhere (along with White Castle and provel cheese). Beyond having unbearably delicious roast beef (get extra seasoning... you won't regret it), the service at this locations incredibly friendly. I feel like I "bonded" with the woman who took my order. Service this good rarely happens anymore, especially at a fast food joint. Five stars all the way around!

I don't know who trains the staff at this Lion's Choice location but they are the most friendly, polite group of workers I've ever seen in a fast-food restaurant. I'm mean like everytime I come in they smile, they thank you, they come by your table and pick up your empty tray and wrappers. They thank you on the way out. These folks get it. Kudos to whomever is driving this train. Oh...I love their roast beef too.
